Al Cerchio delle tue mani regroupe une collection de photographies inédites des rassemblements et de la vie communautaire des premiers groupes féministes en Italie, prises par l'autrice aux multiples facettes Bibi Tomasi (1925-2000).
Elle était à la fois poète, écrivaine, et journaliste italienne mais surtout l'une des fondatrices de la Libreria delle donne di Milano. Connue pour ses œuvres littéraires telles que Il paese di calce et La sproporzione, elle est depuis 1970 une figure de proue du mouvement féministe italien.
Cette publication est le second numéro de Eight Poems by, une collection éditoriale de BilderAtlas consacrée au travail de femmes artistes visuelles contemporaines. La série adopte une approche non linéaire et multiforme qui reflète la pensée non idéologique du féminisme, passant d'un point de vue individuel à un autre tout en considérant le réseau de relations qui nourrit la pratique d'une photographe.
Dépassant la notion d'artiste-génie, Eight Poems by s'articule autour de la contradiction qui consiste à vouloir affirmer sa propre singularité sans nier les relations dans lesquelles le talent se développe, affirmant que l'autorité créatrice est fondée sur l'échange transformateur avec les autres et avec le monde.

An estimate of the delivery time is indicated when ordering. A shipment confirmation as well as a parcel tracking number will be sent to you by email when the parcel is picked up by the carrier.
The average times indicated do not constitute a strict deadline. LE BAL Books cannot be held responsible in the event of a late delivery.
If all of the books ordered are not in stock at the bookstore and you wish to receive the first part of your order, a delivery in two times is possible.
We deliver all over the world with the following carriers: La Poste, Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial-Relay.

Pick up
The free pick up of your order at the bookstore is available upon presentation of an identity document. Any order not collected from the shop within one month of payment will be automatically refunded.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen carrier, the weight and the delivery address of your package. Once your order is in your cart, you can have an estimate of the shipping costs offered by each transport service.
Return
Retraction possible within 7 days from receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned books must be in perfect condition. The bookstore reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the books if this shouldn't be the case.
